既然我们改变不了世界，就应该改变我们自己，当我们尝试着用慈悲的心去重新体会和倾听，就会发现这个世界是很美妙的。
Since we cannot change the world, we should change ourselves. When we use compassion to experience and listen to the world again, we will realize that the world is very wonderful.
